Summary

A documentary on the life of the first sexual behavior researcher Alfred Kinsey, from his childhood and early college years though his work as director of the Institute for Sex Research. Includes interviews with fellow researchers and some of Kinsey's original research subjects. Also relates the value of his work and how his academic freedom and research were protected despite negative public and media reaction.
