- Summary
- 6 boxes of ca. 1500 black and white postcards (some hand-colored), mostly originating from Paris ca. 1900 to the late 1920's. These erotic photographs were called "French post cards". Subjects are mainly female, in various states of dress, ranging from fully clothed to nude. There are also photographs in carte de visite and cabinet card formats of 19th century actresses in costume, photographed in Paris and London studios.
