Scope/content: Collection contains a wide range of materials related to prison sexuality. In the 1950's Kinsey interviewed prisoners as part of his research. He also collected materials produced by prisoners: correspondence, written erotica, diaries and artwork. After Kinsey's death, prison researchers continued to send similar materials to the Kinsey Institute.
