Summary
Two artworks: 1) "The Survival Instinct" (standing nude female and male figures engaged in possibly violent sexual activity), by Betsy Rosenwald, 1981, mixed media painting, 8 1/4" x 10 5/8" (image), matted and framed; donor purchased the work in 1984 in the East Village, New York City; 2) hand-crafted figure of a nude man with pointed ears and horns, by an anonymous artist, possibly European, undated, ceramic and string, 3" x 2" x 1 1/2", head and limbs are articulated (piece is missing one horn and the tips of the other horn and one ear).
