- 20 metal amulets attached to a silk backing and contained in a wooden box with small envelopes containing slips of paper.
- Notes
- Inscribed on lid: "Tenth year of Showa period. Feb. 18, 1935. Iji prefecture Higashi-kasugayi county. Agioka village Kubo, Tshiki. Tagata shrine. At the date of the festival lunar calendar January 15 came to pray at this shrine and received these amulets [which] protect from the god."
- Summary
- On the phalli: "Tagata" [shrine name]. On the envelopes: "protection from Tagata shrine." Paper slips within envelopes contain name of a deity.
